LBUSD – Nutrition Services System Overhaul

Problem: LBUSD’s Nutrition Services system needed a complete overhaul to better support operational needs and align with K–12 requirements. The district lacked internal expertise to lead the effort and needed support to define system needs and identify the right solution.

Solution: McCullough provided specialized project management and business analysis by staffing a Nutrition Services software expert experienced in K–12 environments. We led the requirements gathering process, supported system redesign, and managed the vendor solicitation effort to ensure alignment with district goals.

Outcome: LBUSD successfully completed the planning phase with clearly defined requirements and a modernized system design. The district was able to confidently select a vendor and move forward with an optimized solution tailored to the unique needs of its Nutrition Services department.
